Hide Mozilla matching text once it's 2018
The Mozilla matching program finishes at the end of 2017. (Thanks, Mozilla!) We should remove the text about that from our homepage donation banner.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
