Investigate Windows 11(?) AF_UNIX support
Windows has added AF_UNIX to their developer builds: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/commandline/2017/12/19/af_unix-comes-to-windows/
We should make sure this doesn't cause any security issues in Tor. And maybe we should support it eventually.
