Gather simulator parameters for test lab

It would be useful to gather some simulator parameters from the test lab. Most basic are tcp throughput tests (wget), and simple ping latency and loss statistics.

More involved would be measurements of jitter and loss distributions. There's tons of random research tools to gather these more advanced stats: http://www.icir.org/models/tools.html. The most immediately useful appears to be the BADABING tool from U-Wisc: http://wail.cs.wisc.edu/waildownload.py

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
