I would also recommend disabling the "send mail out of the blue when you get the stable flag" feature until #2467 (moved) is resolved. We look pretty silly saying "We here at Tor consider this service to be vitally important and greatly useful to all node operators." when we haven't yet fixed its critical bugs.
