debug builds are missing libasan.so.2 and libubsan.so.0

GeKo noticed that we are missing the asan lib in our debug build:

<+GeKo> boklm: it seems for the debug builds we are missing to copy the asan lib over to Browser/TorBrowser/Tor ?
<+GeKo> i.e. what we previously did in the tor descriptor with cp $INSTDIR/gcc/lib64/libasan.so.2 $INSTDIR/Tor/
