tor-gencert says [warn] event_base_free_: no base to free
When running master commit 959af20247 on macOS, tor-gencert prints:
[warn] event_base_free_: no base to freeevery time it runs.
But it still works.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
