Add option to install Torbutton for all users.
Currently Torbutton gets only installed for the user that installs the bundle. At least on Windows.
I'd like to see two options:
- "install just for me" / "install for the current user only"
- "install for all users" / "install for everyone on this system"
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
