Add preference to Vidalia to shutdown Tor graceful every time

An option to shut down Tor graceful without being asked again.

The current behavior of Vidalia is to ask if a user wants to quit gracefully, force quit or abort the shutdown. That shouldn't be changed by default, but there should be an option that makes Tor shutdown gracefully.

It should be possible to quit Tor forcefully... just how it works now.

Background: I planned to request this because I wanted to run Tor as relay and on shutdown, which would have been daily, the question would have annoyed me after some time. Well relays should run longer anyway so I dumped that idea. There are bridges and for guys running those it could be useful again.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
