Tor Fail To Download

Run this on Ubuntu 17.10 terminal:

sudo apt install torbrowser*

after installing ...

torbrowser-launcher

Tor will fail to install for the first time.

I tried accessing https://tormirror.almnet.de/dist/torbrowser/7.5/tor-browser-linux64-7.5_en-US.tar.xz.asc directly from Firefox, but the website cannot load.
