Atlas is now called Relay Search and it has a new URL

atlas.torproject.org is now metrics.torproject.org/rs.html

There is only one reference found and it's in a comment of an example, but it should probably still be fixed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
