When the nightly builds finish, an email should be sent with the status of the build.

Commits 12f9759ee532527c8fb6e5db640ee631cfb6db2c and 59d2ed3f22f618b70b2814b5cf6bb47063826390 in the tor-browser-bundle-testsuite repo have been adding support to the testsuite for sending build reports emails.

I rebased the tor-browser-build.git commit on the new version of #25817 (moved) in branch bug_25318_v2: https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/boklm/tor-browser-build.git/commit/?h=bug_25318_v2&id=4580c03c937e8ccab86446d60a0d4ee29b7c07c8
