Add a tutorial for new LogDescriptor, i.e., WebServerAccessLog reading
We should provide a tutorial (part) that points out how to use WebServerAccessLogs, b/c these are usually a lot bigger than other descriptors and only provide compressed raw bytes etc.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
