Give clear guidelines for the page footer
I guess we want consistency with page footers across all the portals. There is currently no guidance on how to construct footers. Maybe an HTML template (similar to the templates included with Bootstrap) would help here.
Note that some projects may have additional text that they may have to add to footers, e.g. metrics adds text about supporting grants.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
