Relay properties page: Link all properties and flags in page
The relay search details properties page (https://metrics.torproject.org/rs.html#details/) should link list all possible properties and flags similarly to the current linkable property AS Number that links to the search results for the specific AS number used by the relay: https://metrics.torproject.org/rs.html#search/as:XXXXX
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
