Allow autodiscovery of the news atom feed
A needs to be added to the head of the news page to allow autodiscovery of the feed. As this will require changes to the templates used in all pages, I've not done this as part of adding the feed but will instead do it when we update templates for Bootstrap 4.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
