Investigate differences between ant task 'run-rserver' and scripting
Ant task run-rserver does start an Rserver process, but still yields different behavior than simply using the command line.
Investigate and either fix or remove the task.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
