Extend OnionPerf to measure pluggable transports
This may just mean running additional OnionPerf instances with pluggable transports configured. It's probably not easy to do this with the existing OnionPerf instances.
Load should be considered when running these. Each OnionPerf instance consumes gigabytes of bandwidth a month.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
