Include version numbers in "Node Out of Date!" mail
It would be nice if the mail mentioned the "observed version on the node" and the "version recommended for use". Thanks!
For example: "It appears that the Tor node [...] you've been observing is running an unrecommended version of Tor. Your node is running version v123.45. The current recommended version is v54.321."
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
