export rand from the crypto crate
In #26107 (moved), it appears I forgot to add
pub mod rand;in src/rust/crypto/lib.rs. This is possibly causing #26245 (moved).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
