run callgraph tool from Travis
It would be helpful if we ran the callgraph tool out of Travis. (Right now Nick runs it on his personal server?)
We might also compute metrics about the callgraph complexity and warn if they get worse (maybe via GitHub pull request statuses?).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
