Revert 2be5a50 giving pastly extra permissions
I don't need them anymore and never saw a commit notification on IRC saying that my permissions have been revoked.
The commit that I think needs reverting is 2be5a50 in gitolite-admin
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
