Aggregate and archive torbutton tests
There are a handful of sites that have various Torbutton tests floating around. We should aggregate them, as a first step to building our own regression test suite: https://www.torproject.org/torbutton/en/design/#TestPlan
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
