linker failures on 0.3.4 with --disable-module-dirauth
At some point the maint-0.3.4 branch started to fail with linker errors if configured with --disable-module-dirauth. See https://api.travis-ci.org/v3/job/393834946/log.txt
Please ignore the Rust failure for now; those are covered by separate tickets.
