Refactor log.c and everything below it into separate libraries
This is currently under review as https://github.com/torproject/tor/pull/174 -- but since it wasn't a same-day merge, I should really have a ticket for it.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
