Update howto.txt for BridgeDB, GetTor and TorCheck
https://svn.torproject.org/svn/translation/trunk/documentation/howto.txt documents the process/workflow for all of our translation projects.
Please update the document for BridgeDB, GetTor and TorCheck.
If you don't have commit access to the repository, provide a patch and I'll add it.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
