Move the "research-ideas" tickets to research ideas page
The Metrics/Analysis trac component has been gathering tickets that are not really suited to being trac tickets. The Metrics team certainly isn't going to look at them any time soon. I had tagged these with the keyword [[https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/query?status=!closed&keywords=~research-ideas|research-ideas]].
The ideas page is at [[https://research.torproject.org/ideas.html]] on the portal.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
