migrate yearend2017 alias to fundraising alias, and add sarah
We'd like to stop using the "yearend2017" alias, which was used for coordinating the fundraising effort in December of last year.
And we'd like to start using the more generic "fundraising" alias going forward.
The new alias will have the same people on it as the old one, plus also Sarah.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
