[Jobs page] Move Fundraising Director from currently-looking-for list to looked-for list
On https://www.torproject.org/about/jobs.html.en, it says we're currently looking for a Fundraising Director.
Sarah started last week, so we should move that down to the "in the past, we've looked for..." list.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
