move leekspin trac component to archived
There is a trac component, "Core Tor -> Leekspin", that has exactly one closed ticket and no open tickets.
To streamline the trac ticket submission process, should we move this component to "Archived -> Leekspin"?
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
