Censors have blocked the Tor directory servers
We've got three reports from users that their directory servers are unreachable, one on tor-relays, and two weird .doc files attached in #2699 (moved) and #2700 (closed). Since who knows what is actually in those .doc files, I've decided to open a new, more descriptive bug and dup those to it.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
