Add TBA locale files to majus
We need to add the resource https://www.transifex.com/otf/torproject/tba-android_stringsdtd/ to the translation git bot in majus, so it gets automatically translated.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
