Drop tor-arm package from deb.torproject.org
Hi lovely sysadmin folks. Could we please drop the tor-arm package from deb.torproject.org?

We've had a couple users request for the nyx deb [1] to be there, but probably causes more confusion then help to continue including our old, deprecated package.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
