Migrate old vidalia trac tickets to Tor's trac
Now that #1986 (closed) is done, the old Vidalia trac tickets are up at https://trac-vidalia.torproject.org/projects/vidalia/report/1
We should migrate the trac tickets that are still valid to the Vidalia component of Tor's trac. To help us do that, we should close the ones that are already migrated, moot, meaningless, etc.
Chiiph and I have accounts on the vidalia trac copy. Let us know if you want to help.
