Tor's web pages need a way to switch languages

We now have a French translation of the frontpage: https://www.torproject.org/index.html.fr

But I think the only way you'd learn that is by having your browser configured to prefer French, or by reading this trac entry.

Should we have a drop-down box or something that lets you pick a language manually? Ideally the contents of the drop-down box would be a function of which translations are available for that page.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
