Select exit nodes in the network map
Ported from old Vidalia-trac ticket #40 (closed): "As a client user (not a server) I would like to be able to easily select exit nodes according to country, especially when making purchases at US web sites, which automatically reject credit card transactions from many foreign IP addresses."
There's a 2008 GSoC branch: exit-country, that seems to work on this (not updated since 2008).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
