remove Tor Browser version 7.5.5 from RecommendedTBBVersions

External applications such as tb-updater and torbrowser-downloader parse, depend on RecommendedTBBVersions being up to date.

7.5.6 was released June 26, 2018.

Yet on August 18, 2018 7.5.5 was still included in RecommendedTBBVersions. Why? Forgotten or is there a policy to it?

Could you please kindly explain the policy on when old versions are removed from RecommendedTBBVersions?

I am asking, so tb-updater parsing code can be updated accordingly. (At the moment it's "suggest the lowest version number among them otherwise it might be an alpha/beta version".)
