Update downloaded process gets blocked by opening about:preferences on Windows
We have a bug report on our blog outlining that opening menus/windows like about:preferences leads to update downloading being interrupted on Windows (see: https://blog.torproject.org/comment/276420#comment-276420). Might be worth verifying this and figuring out what is going on.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
