TB8: add release tweets to translation workflow
add the tweets to the translation worlflow, to have tweets in more languages.
this will be done when:
- created a markdown file: Release_tweets.dm
- added the sentences there
- added a new resource to the transifex tor project
- added the resource to majus to recover the files on our repo
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
