add update of git submodule to support portal jenkins job
When building the website, we should grab the last translations from majus so we can translate not only the contents, but also the footer, search button, etc.
This way, we will always build it with the last translations.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
