"Topics" navigation bar on the left resets the language
Steps to reproduce:
Visit https://support.torproject.org/, pick a language from the menu on the right. Or, just visit a language other than English directly, like https://support.torproject.org/de/. Then click on any of the topics on the left.
Actual Result:
The support portal language resets to English.
Expected Result:
The support portal language should respect the selected language and should not reset to English.
