Link to tor-relays@ list from contact page
A few people mail metrics-team@ with questions that would be better answered on tor-relays@. The theory is that they find the address on the Contact page, which is now linked from Relay Search since the integration.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
