Please add a cronjob to regularly update our signing keys page
As described in #27699 https://gitweb.torproject.org/project/web/webwml.git/tree/docs/en/update_signing-keys.pl is used to generate https://www.torproject.org/docs/signing-keys.html.en and should be triggered in reasonable intervals.
It probably should be reviewed first.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
