When I go to the Tor bug tracker from the website, I get an error like:
Error: Forbidden
REPORT_VIEW privileges are required to perform this operation on report:12. You don't have the required permissions.
In the past (2016-2017), I was able to view this Bug tracker without signing in. Later, it required that I sign in (early 2018), and now I can't even view the bugs even with an account.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
