Update the newsletter.tpo layout
The *required at the top of the form was completely missed by me when I saw this page opening Tor Browser. This would make it more obvious those fields are not required and may improve conversion rate.
Personally I would prefer to not ask for a name at all. Additionally, the concept of first and last names is quite a Western idea as I understand it and may not translate well in other cultures where names work differently.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
