please add arma to adm group

Seems like I'm the one around sometimes when a Hetzner computer need rescuing. I would have done it today (textile went down, and saxatile was the last remaining webserver in the www rotation, oops) but it turns out I couldn't ssh into textile after I got hetzner to reboot it, since I'm not in the adm group.

Technically, I already have the passwords and stuff (including the instructions for what to run when the hosts come back), and also since I can push to tor-puppet I could put an ssh key into the right places. And I was already able to do this for kvm5, pauli, and saxatile.

So we're going to give me the adm bit so I can do it for textile and others as needed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
