Build Orbot with rbm/tor-browser-build

For our second Tor Browser for Android alpha release we want to include Orbot. We should therefore create a respective project in tor-browser-build for it as well.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
