Please create tor-researchers list

At the Tor all hands meeting we decided to create a list for researchers to ask questions about tor, discuss research papers that we should highlight, and help transition papers to practice.

Among the researchers in the room, everybody agreed that the list can have public archives, but we would like to approve membership so that randoms don't join. We don't want a moderated list otherwise, though. Is this possible?

I will be list admin and will approve subscription requests and add people (Email: mikeperry at tpo).

List name: tor-researchers One sentence description: Review of published Tor research and open Tor research problems.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
