Limit or Restrict GetAndroidSystemInfo

On Android, the PContent IPC method GetAndroidSystemInfo will return detailed information about the user's hardware. We should probably limit or restrict this.

As far as I can tell, none of the information is uniquely identifying (like a serial number) - but it does contained detailed phone hardware information like Model, Manufacturer, Build Version, SDK versions, etc.
