Work out why 0.3.5 and later fail chutney (but 0.3.4 and earlier do not)
In #27912 (moved), I created a chutney travis config.
0.2.9, 0.3.3, and 0.3.4 fail less than 1% of the time. 0.3.5 and 0.3.6 fail about 90% of the time.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
