Tor Browser Keyboard shortcut conflict: CRTL+ALT+R = "Restart (Developer)" and "Toggle Reader View"

Tor Browser 8.0.3 Linux 64bit has a keyboard shortcut conflict. CRTL+ALT+R is assigned to both "Restart (Developer)" and "Toggle Reader View".
